Every factory knows the problem. Defects slip through when inspectors get tired, and traditional vision systems take months of engineering to catch even one new flaw. Quality shouldn't depend on either.
thevisionqc takes a different approach: the system learns from your own parts. Your team shows it what good looks like and marks what bad looks like — scratches, dents, contamination, whatever matters on your line. From those examples it builds a model that inspects every single part, in real time, with the same judgement at 6 a.m. as at midnight.
It's built for the factory floor, not the lab. The software runs on a machine next to your line and keeps working when the internet doesn't. It talks directly to your cameras, conveyor and reject mechanism, with encoder-accurate timing. And safety stays where it belongs: entirely in hardware, never in our software.
We're based in Doussard, in the French Alps, and we build one thing: inspection systems that manufacturers can trust, train and run themselves. No army of consultants, no six-month integration project. Show us your product, and we'll show you what it would catch.
What we believe
Quality control is too important to depend on tired eyes or rigid rules. An inspection system should learn your product the way an experienced inspector does — from examples — and then never lose focus.
How it started
thevisionqc began on real production lines, watching good parts get rejected and bad parts slip through. We built the tool we kept wishing existed: one that a quality team can train themselves, in an afternoon, without a vision engineer on site.
What we build
One integrated system: cameras, AI inspection, annotation and line control. Your team labels images in the app, trains a new model in one click, and rolls it back just as fast if it underperforms. No external tooling, no data leaving your factory.
Built for the floor, not the lab
Our software runs on an industrial machine beside your line and keeps inspecting when the internet drops. It drives your conveyor and reject flipper with encoder-accurate timing — and emergency stops stay entirely in hardware, always.
Where we work
We're based in Doussard, Haute-Savoie, in the French Alps — close to the industrial heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. We install on site, validate alongside your own inspectors, and stay involved until the numbers prove themselves.
What's next
